Twyla Everett - LMT, CPT

Twyla Everett, the visionary owner of the Level Up Fitness and Wellness Center in Waltham, is not only a highly regarded Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, and Dancer but also a passionate advocate for holistic well-being. Known for her expertise in Medical Massage and Pain-Free performance, she also specializes in Prenatal/Postpartum fitness, hormone balance, and Menopause, providing comprehensive care to all of her clients.

Beyond her hands-on work, Twyla is an esteemed educator at Spirit Wellness Institute, and is recognized by the top Chiropractors west of Boston for her ability to care for those with injuries and pain. Her primary goal is to foster a sense of empowerment among her clients, so they can live their best lives in their whole body!

When Twyla isn’t at the studio, she is bouncing all over town with her hubs and twin daughters

Celestial Park - LMT, CPT

Celestial is a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist, collaborating with Level Up Fitness and Wellness Center to support individuals at every stage of their wellness journey. Her passion for fitness and massage therapy ignited when she discovered their life-changing benefits firsthand.

Imagine feeling a surge of energy, newfound strength, and an uplifted mood just by embracing regular physical activity! Combine that with the soothing relief from chronic pain through massage therapy, and you’ve got a recipe for a fuller, more enjoyable life. It all just clicked and ignited her mission to help it click for others

Celestial focuses on core training, sports massage, and muscle rebalancing to help clients move, feel, and function better. She focuses on hands-on work that fosters lasting change, and restoring the mind-body connection to alleviate pain and enhance results!

Always curious, Celestial stays current on what works—and when she’s not deep into tissue or technique, you’ll probably find her exploring new foods or planning her next meal.

Amanda Jones - CPT, CBI

Amanda Jones is a Certified Personal Trainer, Barre instructor, and professional dancer with over a decade of experience at Level Up. With a strong foundation in dance, Amanda brings precision, creativity, and body awareness to every session she leads. Her training style emphasizes core strength, recovery, and low-impact Interval (LIIT) training—helping clients build strength safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

Amanda is passionate about meeting people where they are and designing effective, intentional workouts that support long-term health and performance. Her background as a professional dancer gives her a keen eye for form, alignment, and functional movement, making her an excellent coach for clients of all levels.

Outside the studio, Amanda is a new mother who enjoys spending her free time with her sweet little boy. This new chapter has deepened her focus on balance, recovery, and LIIT training, shaping her approach to efficient, low-impact workouts that support strength, performance, and everyday movement.
